NOTW: China Glaze Sea Spray

I’m usually not a pastel person but for some reason I’ve been really loving anything in a pastel tone these last few weeks. That’s why I had to get China Glaze Sea Spray nail polish as soon as I saw it! It’s from the spring 2011 Anchors Away collection and is a lovely grey toned light blue. I haven’t decided if I can pull it off or not yet but I do love the retro feel. I think it’s a nice change from all the extremely bright or glittery nails I’ve been wearing for the last few months. It applies really well and I used two coats to get it to full opacity

That is so pretty!! I usually avoid pastels too because sometimes they just look really chalky to me. But this is a very pretty one. It's kind of neutral, too so I bet it doesn't clash with other colors.

Ms Nik: It's such a pretty colour! I actually really loved the collection and there were a few shades that caught my eye :)AnieJ: It's the nicest version of this shade of blue I've seen so I definitely recommend checking it out 🙂 I don't know how it's coming across on your computer screen but it has a tiny bit more grey than what I can see on mine and it's so lovely!Aseya: I avoid pastels because of the chalkiness issue as well but this one has more grey than white in it so it isn't very chalky. It is more of a neutral blue but I went through a major coral phase so unfortunately alot of my clothes clash with it 😀 I also picked up a grey and a purple from the collection that were really lovely
